Our client is a globally recognised premium womenswear brand, known for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design and uncompromising commitment to quality. As the business continues to grow internationally, they are seeking an experienced QC Technical Manager to lead and elevate quality standards across their global supply chain.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the UK Garment Technology team and international manufacturing partners to drive technical excellence from development through to bulk production. You'll be responsible for implementing robust quality frameworks, standardising garment construction and finishes, developing factory capabilities, and ensuring products consistently meet the brand's high standards for fit, workmanship and performance.

We are looking for a technical leader with extensive experience in Garment Technology, Technical or Quality Assurance within a premium fashion brand, alongside a strong track record of working with offshore factories. Expertise in garment construction, fit, grading and quality improvement is essential, as is the ability to influence suppliers and build strong cross-functional relationships.
