Create Recruitment have partnered with a close-knit luxury fashion atelier seeking an experienced and detail-driven Production & Development Executive to join their team. Based in North West London, this role sits at the heart of the business and offers full ownership of the production lifecycle, from initial concept through to finished garment, supporting the delivery of an exceptional luxury product.

 This is a hands-on, end-to-end position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has strong expertise in UK and European manufacturing. Working closely with the design team, you’ll translate creative vision into beautifully executed, market-ready collections while maintaining the highest standards across fit, fabric and finish.

 You’ll manage end-to-end production, build and maintain close relationships with UK and European suppliers, refine schedules and workflows, and ensure quality and timelines are consistently met. The role also involves owning key supplier relationships, including regular European travel, negotiating commercial terms, overseeing QC processes, proactively resolving production challenges, and managing production budgets with a clear commercial focus.

 We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in fashion production and development (ideally luxury or premium), a solid understanding of UK and European manufacturing, and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced creative environment. A degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business or similar is preferred, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for craftsmanship.
