Create have teamed up with a luxury womenswear brand who are seeking a highly creative and skilled Womenswear Designer to join their expanding design team. As they continue to grow globally. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the brands aesthetic. You will play a key role in the design and development of our Ready-to-Wear collections, with a strong focus on tailoring, separates, and eveningwear.

Working closely with the Creative Director, Design Manager, and fellow designers, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the design process—from initial concept through to final sample. This role offers ownership of specific product categories while contributing to the broader creative vision of the brand.

They're looking for a designer with a distinctive creative voice, a deep understanding of garment construction, and a clear affinity with the brands ethos.

Key responsibilities include:

Design and develop key womenswear categories across the collection, from concept through to sample stage.

Lead design direction for tailoring and separates, ensuring alignment with seasonal concepts and the overall collection narrative.

Conduct in-depth research to inform concept development, fabric selection, and design innovation.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Design Manager, and wider team to ensure a cohesive and elevated final collection.

Work closely with Product Development and Technical teams to refine fit, fabric, and finish throughout the development process.

Attend proto and SMS fittings, ensuring the original design intent is maintained to final sample.

Translate ideas into detailed design proposals using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.

Monitor sales data and customer feedback to drive creative and commercial decision-making.

Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team culture and provide guidance and inspiration to junior designers.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing within a premium or luxury womenswear brand.

Degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.

A strong, individual design handwriting with a proven ability to balance creativity and commerciality.

A well-developed point of view on modern tailoring and separates is essential.

Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.

Solid understanding of fabrications, construction techniques, and garment finishing.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas internally.
