Out client is a fast-growing, ambitious London-based international streetwear design and marketing company. With a forward-thinking mindset, strong creative energy, and a collaborative team spirit, we are continuing to build a dynamic development team to support our expanding global presence.

 We’re looking for a talented Junior Garment Technologist to join their Development Team, supporting the Head of Garment Tech & Development. You’ll work closely with Design and Production to keep the critical path moving, creating and updating detailed tech packs (graded specs, construction notes, labelling), supporting fit sessions, managing sample approvals, reviewing test reports, liaising with overseas manufacturers, tracking timelines, maintaining block libraries, assisting with fabric and trim sourcing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and production-ready.

 This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll ideally have 1–3 years’ experience in garment technology (menswear, outerwear, and wovens preferred), a relevant degree in Fashion Technology or Pattern Cutting (or equivalent experience), strong knowledge of construction, pattern cutting and grading, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Excellent communication skills are essential.
