Help shape the design language of a fast-growing homegrown brand from the region.

Create are partnering with a purpose-led, eco-conscious lifestyle brand born in the UAE. It has built a loyal community across the region and is now entering its next chapter, with growing retail and a clear ambition to raise its creative standard.

This is a newly shaped role. The business is investing in Design to build stronger creative capability and clear category ownership. They’re looking for a Senior Designer to own Womenswear and put their stamp on how the brand looks, feels and evolves.

The role

Own Womenswear design from first concept through development

Translate brand direction into distinctive, commercially relevant product

Build ranges, silhouettes, colour, fabrication and design stories

Bring original ideas and a confident creative point of view

Balance creativity with commercial performance, using product and sales insight to inform future seasons

Work closely with Product, Buying and suppliers through development

Help shape the brand’s overall design language as it grows

You’ll bring

Senior design experience in Womenswear at a strong international fashion or lifestyle brand

A portfolio showing original thinking, range-building and commercial success

A good grasp of fit, construction, fabrication and technical feasibility

Experience working alongside Product/Buying and suppliers

Understanding of the region’s culture, aesthetics and customer. We especially want designers who can bring that fluency into the product itself: references, silhouettes, details and point of view.
