Known for combining elevated design with a strong sense of purpose, this innovative, fast-scaling business has established itself as a leader in the region's fashion industry and is now looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Buyer / Product Developer to join its Dubai-based Product team.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially driven Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the prospect of shaping product strategy within a high-growth, multi-category fashion business. Working across the complete product lifecycle, you'll be responsible for building commercially successful ranges, leading product development from concept through to bulk production, driving global sourcing strategy, managing key supplier relationships and collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical and Marketing to deliver innovative collections that resonate with the customer. You'll also play an important role in developing buying processes, identifying commercial opportunities and mentoring the next generation of talent as the team continues to grow.

We're looking to speak with experienced Buyers who have at least 8 years' experience within an omni-channel fashion retailer or brand, bringing strong product development expertise, global sourcing knowledge and an outstanding commercial track record across multiple product categories. You'll be a confident decision-maker, an excellent negotiator and someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a business where pace, agility and innovation are key.
