The brief
Following a team restructure, a luxury bridal and RTW designer required a Head of Production with strong supplier relationships and experience across both European and Asian markets. The candidate needed to be strategic yet hands-on, customer-aware, and capable of elevating quality while leading a small but skilled team.
The process
We mapped competitors and engaged our senior production network to identify experienced talent. After detailed interviews, we submitted a shortlist of three. A three-stage interview followed, and our chosen candidate was hired. Now promoted to Director level, she’s become central to the brand’s growth and supplier relationships.
