The brief
A mid-sized luxury womenswear brand needed a part-time HR Manager (2–3 days/week). HR tasks had been informal, and they required a professional to implement onboarding, compliance, and performance systems—while aligning with the business’s creative culture and working independently within a fast-paced fashion-led environment.
The process
